First of all, blow up 3 small balloons! After joining the 3 knotted tips together with tape, envelop the balloons with plastic wrap making sure the shape is a heart.

Tear out strips from the newspaper and dip them in the "papier maché" gel.

Spread each piece covering the heart in a few layers and with your hand, smooth out gently. Set to dry for a few hours.

Once completely dry, with the help of an adult and pliers, cut the wire in 2 pieces of 15" and one of 25" (this one will be folded in two).

Now, pierce 4 holes with the tip of scissors, no worries! Burst those balloons! (follow drawing)

Put each wire in its destined hole and exit the tip of each on the top centre hole of the heart.

Paint your heart and set it to dry.

With your pliers, make spirals out the wire tips.

Attach each beaded string to its spiral and don't forget to attach a string to hang your new chime!
